The Freiburg Network of Family-Conscious Companies (FNFU) is an association of Freiburg companies for whom a life-phase-oriented personnel policy is a central concern. The companies contribute their expertise on family-friendly personnel policies to the network, share information and exchange experiences and solutions. They find cooperation partners and develop compatibility policy projects together. The "Care and Work" working group organizes events on reconciling work and care.
